The difference is time
Termonfeckin Delicious Bronze turkeys are grown to maturity outdoors with time to graze and forage daily. The birds are traditionally hand-plucked and grown substantially longer than conventional commercial turkeys.
Their slower growth produces well-marbled meat with fat naturally deposited beneath the skin, helping the bird cook quickly while remaining succulent and tender.

Termonfeckin, County Louth
“You can’t rush a good turkey. We give ours the time, and you’ll taste the difference on Christmas Day.”
David McEvoy, Termonfeckin Delicious
In Termonfeckin, the Bronze turkeys are given something increasingly rare: time. They are reared outdoors for around 140 days, where they can graze and forage as they grow slowly towards maturity. At approximately 173 days old, each bird is traditionally hand-plucked and prepared with the same considered care that shaped its upbringing. It is a patient, practical approach rooted in County Louth — producing a turkey intended for the meal families care about most.
